Overview

Golden Arrow is a Vancouver-based explorer with a history of success in identifying, acquiring and advancing precious and base metal discoveries.

The Company is a member of the Grosso Group, a resource-focused management group that pioneered the mineral exploration industry in Argentina and has operated there since 1993. The Grosso Group, headed by Joseph Grosso, has been involved with four exceptional mineral deposit discoveries, and has a highly-regarded track record for fostering strong relationships with communities and governments wherever it works. The Grosso Group leverages its vast network of local, regional and international industry contacts to support the exploration team as they search for quality resource opportunities.

Golden Arrow advanced its Chinchillas Silver Project in Jujuy Province, Argentina, from discovery to development in just five years, and then successfully monetized the asset through a sale to SSR Mining. The Company is now actively exploring its new flagship property, the advanced San Pietro Project in Chile, and a portfolio that includes nearly 125,000 hectares of prospective properties in Argentina. The San Pietro Project targets the discovery of multiple deposits on over 21,000 hectares located approximately 100 kilometres north of Copiapó in the Atacama Region of Chile. To date, Golden Arrow has completed an initial Mineral Resource Estimate for the Rincones and Colla copper-gold-iron oxide (“IOCG”) plus cobalt deposits that includes 2.5 Blbs of contained Cu and 770,000 oz contained Au in the Inferred category (492 Mt with an average grade of 0.23% Cu, 0.05 g/t Au, 99 g/t Co and 14.43% Fe; NI 43-101 Technical Report filed on SEDAR+).
