Golden Arrow Resources Corporation (TSX-V: GRG, FRA: GAC, WKN: A0B6XQ, "Golden Arrow" or the "Company") announces that Dr. David Terry, VP Exploration has resigned to pursue other interests. Dr. Terry will continue to work with the Company as an independent Director.

"On behalf of the Board of Directors and management I would like to thank David for his long association with the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours." said Joseph Grosso, President and CEO.

Dr. Gerald G. Carlson, Ph.D., P.Eng, will act as Head of Exploration while the Company seeks to fill this position.
